Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns the final approved deliverables after full payment has been made.

PLANCKMX retains the right to showcase completed work, project summaries, visuals, or non-confidential outcomes in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials.

PLANCKMX aims to provide high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, traffic, ranking, lead volume, or business outcomes.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PLANCKMX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

PLANCKMX may use or recommend third-party services, integrations, APIs, hosting providers, analytics platforms, payment systems, automation tools, or AI platforms as part of a project.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, pricing shifts, policy changes, or failures caused by those third-party services.

PLANCKMX reserves the right to refuse, pause, or end service where a request is unlawful, unethical, abusive, outside operational fit, or otherwise misaligned with our standards or working terms.
